The Station House Hotel | Roma & Jonathan

It's great to see so many brave couples now having their ceremony outdoors in Ireland. Always a cause for concern but when it is pulled off there is nothing as good! It's also a pleasure to shoot a ceremony without the restrictions of a building and to have the chance to get great angles.

Roma and Jonathan did just this over the summer and they pulled it off with both grace and style at the Station House in Co. Meath. The weather behaved and the red carpeted tree lined aisle led to the old sunken turning point for trains. The whole ceremony was capped off with some amazing opera singing back by a quartet - a first for me!

After greeting their guest we slipped off in a beautiful old Mercedes and headed for Kilmessan with a few stops on route. It's a great time of year with the fields ripe with crops before harvest and they always just look super.

Once we had our pics in the bag it was back to the reception for the guys to enjoy their wedding with their friends and family. It was a real pleasure to work with both Roma & Jonathan.
